This picture was taken during our monthly leadership meeting in April. In these meetings, we hear an update from each department leader, ask one another questions (sometimes hard ones), and discuss problems and their solutions. Manis takes time to share from his life and experience, to encourage and exhort from Scripture, and to admonish where necessary so that we all can grow.
One key to investing in people is investing in our leaders. All of these young men and women are the fruits of years of personal investment on different levels. They now take what has been taught to them and are pouring it into others at their varying capacities (2 Tim 2:2). They carry a lot of responsibility in the work of Lemuel and in the community. Please keep these young men and women in your prayers.
