This photo is from our staff meeting today. These assemblies are held every three months or so, and they bring all of our staff together as a Lemuel “family.” These times together bring focus as we review why Lemuel exists. They allow us to encourage and motivate our staff in their work and to give them constructive feedback. They facilitate communication, understanding, and unity between the different departments. During these times we set goals, bring resolution to conflicts or misunderstandings, answer questions, and pray together with all of our staff. It’s no wonder they last all day…but it is worth it!
